Mix and Match

I love all kinds of music so just about everything and anything has gone on to my Ipod. But for those who have known me longest, you know that I am a Disney/ Soundtrack geek. About 70% of the songs on my Ipod are scores written for movies or musicals (laugh at me I don't care). The other 30% includes hip-hop, pop, R&B, a lot of country, and some rock. Quite the variety I must say. Here's just a taste.

No Good Deeds- Stephen Schwart
Absolutely love this song. Don't really know why but i do. If I took a guess, I'd say it's because it's a song i can sing along with and be as stupidly animated as i want to be when no one is looking or listening. It's just awesome.

A Whole New World- Alan Menken
When I was younger, my dad and I would sing this duet every time I watched "Aladdin," and trust me I did quite a few times. Sometimes I'd even rewind it just so I could sing it again with him. So this one has sentimental value to it.

Who Says You Can't Go Home- Bon Jovi Feat. Jennifer Nettles
The perfect song for road trips with my mom. Another duet, she and I will sing it at the top of our lungs regardless if we're alone or there's someone else in the car. It always promises a good time.

Never Gonna Be Alone- Nickelback
Whenever I need a reminder that my family loves me, no matter how aggravated I get with them, I seem to turn to this song. It'll make me cry sometimes, but the lyrics are also comforting.

Imma Be- Black Eyed Peas
My pick-me-up, get-all-the-frustration-out song. Don't care much for the language or content, but I love to turn it up in the middle of a parking lot in the annoying-teenager fashion and sit there with the bass blasting in my ears.
