A Moment in Someone Else's Shoes

I can safely assume that all of us have seen (and liked) a movie and fallen in some kind of love with a character. Heck, why stop at movies, I know all of us have watched at least some TV and liked a character from a TV show.

Maybe you were enchanted by Jack Sparrow's drunken charm or intrigued by Gollum's obsession with the "One Ring to rule them all." Perhaps you were amused by Dr. House's antics or Stewie Griffin's flamboyant personality. There are so many different characters you've seen, and so many of them have captured your attention.

Have you ever wondered what it was like to be one of them? Sure you have; don't even try to deny it. So here's your chance to let your imagination run a little wild. Pick one of your favorite characters from any movie or TV show and write a diary or journal entry in their point of view. Maybe just a thought the character was having.

You could write as Dexter Morgan, contemplating over his latest victim, or take a walk through the streets of Nazi-occupied France as Lieutenant Aldo Raine. Your choice--you're the character, after all.

  1. xD Aldo Raine. "This here's a Mexican standoff, and that was NOT the deal. No trust no deal!"

Anyway, yeah, I'm feelin' it. This would be a pretty kickass blog. But I dunno how I'd narrow it down to one person. xD
