Zane

Well……
My personal goals seem to be married at a reasonable age and have no more than 3 kids. I am one of a ton myself (Actually 7 through step-siblings and what not). Academically, I want to attend the University of Michigan through a scholarship be able to walk on to play for the baseball team. Although this sounds farfetched, I really think it is a possibility. Professionally, I don’t count on being a major league baseball player because the odds are definitely against me, but it would be amazingly awesome. More realistically, I aspire to be a business major and weave my way through the realms of the business field.
Last year I felt like I had great success through a couple aspects of high school. Academically, I received straight A’s all year and I think what helped me do this was I had to finish all of my homework at home due to my zero hour class I had to take every day. This allowed me to study and prepare myself for quizzes and tests as well. I learned from my success last year and plan doing the same this year. In baseball, I made varsity last year, although I didn’t play much, and was very pleased. I believe it was not missing a day of conditioning last year that contributed to my placement on the team. I plan on working out as much as I can this fall and winter to prepare myself for the spring season.
This year, I hope to start for the varsity baseball team and receive straight A’s once again. The only thing I will do differently this year is not being so complasive with mediocrity. I need to aim for the stars and not settle for average, both on the field and in the classroom. This summer, something that changed my life was that I got to see my dad play in his band for their 20th year reunion. It changed my life because it allowed me to see my dad shred and understand more about the type of music he used to play. It widened my music selection and made me appreciate different music to a further extent.

My favorite website is thewolverine.com
It updates me on my beloved Michigan Wolverines athletics. I check it everyday and its important to me.
